YSL Mini Lou Bag Review Pros & Cons, Mod Shots, Wear & Tear, Would I recommend it

Now product reviews are some of my favorite videos to do on this channel. I just want to talk about my experience with this handbag for the last couple months and what do i think about this bag in terms of pros and cons and wear and tear, and just any questions that you guys had and ultimately is this handbag worth it And due to the compact size, this bag could easily travel with you fit inside another handbag, so i think it makes such a functional piece in your collection. This is one of the best bags to take from day into night. I think it helps having that shiny gold hardware with the chain strap this chain detailing with the gold. I think just takes this bag up a couple notches. This bag to me is a little bit dressier than say the other camera bag style from ysl its a little bit bigger and its got more of that. Antique gold hardware that again to me, is more casual in style in terms of another pro, i would actually say the leather. A lot of people in the community say that the ysl leather is pretty durable. I would agree with that, especially if you compared it to perhaps the lambskin bags that ysl has this pebbled leather. You could compare it to perhaps chanel for the most part. I find that ysls pebbled leather is pretty much the same season to season, but chanel leather. You were talking about special batches of leather for each season and every season it can be different.

This is all leather, some handbags you may find a fabric interior, not this handbag. You actually get a leather inside of the handbag, which i think again helps with that great durability. You get this great back pocket. I really dont use it that much, but its so functional and its definitely handy. I really just put my key essentials in this handbag. I typically dont put a lot of my handbags. I mean we are talking about like sunglasses card holder, maybe a lip product. I think that if youre looking for more than just the essentials, you probably want to size up to that other ysl camera style. I think its a big pro that ysl has so many different colors in this handbag. Every season they offer a variety of seasonal colors. This is actually a seasonal color, its called dark natural. So if you like this, one youre, probably going to want to check this out in stores or else itll go away, they tend to bring back colors that are different but similar in shade. So, of course, if you like this one, i would say jump on it. Now now, when it comes to price on this handbag, it currently retails for 13.90. If you recall, i did a ysl shopping vlog at toward the end of last year and right around that time is when they did their last price increase, and this handbag was impacted. I would say that its under the fifteen hundred dollar mark, if youre looking for under a thousand there could be other camera bag styles out there.

I still think that in the realm of designer handbags, this is still a decent buy, especially given all the functional and chic design elements that you get with this handbag. This handbag is actually pretty lightweight just due to this being a mini bag, theres a little bit of weight with the chain, but its not heavy. I would say that i have other handbags in my collection, like the chanel 19, where i feel like a chain strap. You definitely feel more of that weight. I would describe this handbag as comfortable, i think, due to the nature of the mini size, and you have this leather bit on the top, which fits comfortably across your shoulder or anything you dont like about it. Lets talk about cons, i would say that its just the strap i wish at times the strap was detachable that it just had more lobster clasp. So i could easily wear this as a clutch. I think that would be great functionality to have another. Con could be the size, even though this is a mini size. You cant put the kitchen sink, obviously in this mini bag. Another con for me is actually the tassel. I sometimes find this annoying and its a nice design aesthetic, because certainly none of my other handbags have a cute tassel like this. I feel like the fringe tassels here could bend or they could be really wonky in the way that they lay, especially when were talking about storing on the handbag im, very particular, so you might notice when i do have it up in my handbag covered.

I will just have this fringe tassel sitting on the side. Now this bag does have a zipper pull that features. This tassel, i would say its pretty smooth for the most part, but you do have to get used to the fact that you have a big tassel to use. The gold hardware is something that you definitely notice and, if youre looking for more of an understated bag, not sure if this particular mini lou with the bright gold hardware would be the one for you and of course, you can receive some scratches on the hardware mines. Still pretty new, so i dont really see that, but in my other past why cell pieces, i certainly have experienced some wear and tear when it comes to scratches another con. I would say the uniqueness now. This handbag is a tried and true common ysl style. They come out, i think, if you are looking for more of a unique handbag for your everyday needs, i would probably look for a different handbag when it comes to ways to wear this handbag. I mainly wear this as a crossbody bag when i wear this bag. As a shoulder bag its a little bit long, but it fits perfectly as a crossbody option, so thats the way i tend to wear it once in a great while i might tuck it in the chain, strap into the bag and have it as a clutch. But it still means that my bags open on the top, so i really dont tend to use the bag like that now would i recommend this handbag honestly, yes, and no, like i stated earlier, i think this is a fantastic bag.

If youre looking for a durable type of everyday handbag, good for errands day to day or even a day to night solution, i think this could certainly work. We all like that specialness when it comes to luxury. So a handbag like this, unless you like, love everything with the color, the style. The whole combination you may feel like this is more of a common style from ysl. So may not have that specialness. So if youre looking for more of a unique everyday handbag, id probably say you might want to try another design house or designer bag, okay guys!
